Position: Executive Assistant to the Director of Operations

  We’re seeking a Tech Team Leader to join our fully remote team as a full-time employee, with hourly pay and a solid 40 hour work-week. This role begins solo, leveraging the latest AI technologies and no-code platforms to automate consulting processes and develop an AI-driven avatar sales team, with potential to lead a small team as we grow. You’ll use tools like Ontraport, HoneyBook, HeyGen, Make, Gumloop, or Airtable to streamline operations and manage projects for collision center clients, requiring practical expertise to deliver measurable results. 

Proven working knowledge of no-code platforms like Make, Gumloop, or Airtable, or their equivalent. demonstrated through specific examples of workflows built for business processes.
Hands-on experience with CRM and client management tools like Ontraport and HoneyBook, or comparable platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Hubspot, Salesforce, Clickfunnel), with examples of configured campaigns or client flows.
Practical experience with AI video tools like HeyGen or similar, including scripting and integration with CRM systems.
Strong logical reasoning and mastery of “if this, then that” workflows, with the ability to adapt AI-generated code (e.g., from advanced AI models) for custom needs.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently, delivering measurable outcomes in a remote setting.
Proactive and ethical, with the ability to work solo initially and lead a small team as the role evolves.

  Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & CRM Management:
Assist in automating sales call scheduling.
Maintain and optimize client and subscription funnels.
Manage our CRM systems, particularly Ontraport, ensuring data is up-to-date and actionable.
