The Introductory Questionnaire

We start by you completing a set of foundational questions designed to give us a clear picture of your role, experience, and how you currently approach your estimating process.

This helps us understand where you're coming from—so we can tailor everything that follows to your unique needs.

First Zoom Consultation

In this live session, we’ll dive into your current estimating practices and challenges.

Using your questionnaire responses as a starting point, we’ll identify pain points, clarify goals, and begin shaping solutions tailored to your workflow.

Detailed Estimating
Process Assessment

 This in-depth assessment takes a tailored, focused look at your specific estimating procedures, systems, and day-to-day methods.

Your responses give us the clarity we need to develop highly customized action steps that improve accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. 

Analysis & Development of Action Steps

After reviewing your detailed assessment, I look closely at how your current processes are operating — not against a generic industry benchmark, but based on the real dynamics in your shop.

From there, I create a set of 20–30 tailored action steps. These are built around your specific workflow challenges, opportunities for efficiency, and your individual strengths as an estimator.

We then break those steps into four focused consulting sessions — each one layered to build on the last. After each Zoom session, you’ll receive a recap that includes our discussion points, session objectives, and your next set of action steps to work on that week.
Workflow Review & Priorities

We start by identifying breakdowns in your blueprint process, photo documentation, and RO structure. The goal is to tighten the front end of your file before the work ever begins.
 File Flow & Mid-Repair Control
 
Next, we address how you handle supplements, tech updates, and estimate edits. You'll learn how to build systems to reduce guesswork, delays, and missed operations during repairs.
Communication & Schedule Strategy

Here we rebuild your daily rhythm — when you update customers, communicate with techs, and finalize estimates. We reduce interruptions and give you time back.

30-Day Follow-Up

Thirty days after your final session, we reconnect for a focused follow-up. We’ll review what you’ve implemented, where you’ve made progress, and what’s still getting in the way. This step ensures you’re implementing actionable results that stick.
